If you don't think 1-ON-1 or Boot Camp training are for you then my Online Training could be the answer.
After an initial telephone consultation where I will find out your fitness history, goals, injuries or issues, I will provide you with 6 week training programme plus appropriate nutritional package that will get you into the shape/condition that you desire - All with full support via phone or email.
As part of your Online Training you will recieve detailed instructions on technique, how to correctly perform all given exercises plus tips on how to keep your mobility and flexibility in top shape - ensuring your stay injury free and your training is not hindered.
